Single course fee is $27.00 plus $5.00 Shipping

Two Course orders, for one person, are $ 45.00 plus $7.50 Shipping

Group orders (2 or more individuals and order is shipped to one address) are $27 for a single course. Per person, plus a single shipping fee of $ 7.50.

All single course and group orders are shipped either by First Class Priority Mail of via UPS, at our option.

Please return to CE Course Descriptions to download our CE “Do-It-Yourself” registration form.  You must complete and return it to us with payment by fax or mail.

Don’t forget: you can save shipping fees by accessing our courses online or arranging pick-up at our office.
